A home price opinion is a licensed agent's opinion of a likely selling price range. It is not an appraisal and may not be used in place of one, including for lending purposes.

No agency relationship by using the site

Using this site or submitting a form does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. Any representation requires a separate written agreement, as Pennsylvania law requires.

Referrals

If you are in an area I do not personally serve, I may refer you to another licensed agent, and if I do, I may receive a referral fee from that agent's brokerage. Referral fees are paid between brokerages as permitted by Pennsylvania law. You are never required to use an agent I refer.
